The Tornado contains a Valjoux 7750 timepiece, completed with a TNG-engineered module to drive a disk that shows the five dynamic balls on its dial. Each ball represents one minute, so when it's running, one ball fully changes color every 60 seconds. Therefore this ultimate sailing timer is always ready for a five (or ten) minute countdown. The dial is also distinguished by a stylish tactical-planner layout to aid in navigation. This is a watch for winning a race and heading straight to dinner at the yacht club.

The TNG Classic Tornado Sailing Chronograph features a polished 44mm 316L stainless steel case equipped with a Valjoux 7750 automatic movement coupled to a special TNG module. It has a unique dial with applied indexes, a tactical planner layout and a countdown timer in the form of five dynamic balls. It also has a screw-in crown and screw-in stainless steel case-back with a transparent sapphire window to view the decorated movement and rotor. The water-resistant rating of this exceptional sailing watch is 100 metres.

The Classic Tornado comes with either a genuine leather or water resistant TPU strap. These quality TNG straps are equipped with a patented TNG Folded Safety Buckle; designed to give a luxurious comfortable fit, easy to adjust, highly durable, safe as in ‘stays on your arm if accidentally opened’ and - last but not least - makes your watch look great on your wrist and stay that way! As an added safety feature, the watch strap is attached to the watch using screw-bars, given that the watch will be worn on and around water.
