Free Shipping

Shipping is provided FREE within Australia and to the following list of countries for purchases over AUD$200. 

All watches are sent by DHL Express or Australia Post Express.

For deliveries outside of Australia, any customs fees or import duties and taxes that are charged when the item arrives at the destination country must be paid by the receiver. We suggest you check with your local customs office before ordering so that you are aware of any additional charges that may occur when the item arrives in your country.

Returns

If for any reason you feel that the product you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and return it, unused, for exchange or a refund of the product price - excluding shipping costs, taxes, credit card fees and subject to our return policy stated below.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Return Policy

  • All watches come with a return policy, with the exception of sale and discounted items or custom ordered items. Watch straps and accessories do not come with a return policy.
  • The watches cannot have been worn, altered or damaged in any way, with no evidence of use, and must be returned with all the original packaging and accessories.
  • The freight cost of returns together with any import costs, such as duty, tax and customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Insurance should be taken out on the returned item because it is the customers responsibility until we receive it back in store.
  • The shipping cost for returned items that were shipped for free will be deducted from the refund.
  • All credit card fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • For items sent back for a refund, Suvretta Corporation will not be responsible for any duty, tax or fees that the customer has incurred when purchasing the watch.
  • Items that do not conform to our return policy will be sent back to the sender.

Warranty Return Policy

  • All watches come with a warranty return policy.

  • Suvretta Corporation will not be responsible for any duty, tax or fees that the customer has incurred.

Warranty Policy

  • Every watch sold on this website is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty.
  • The limited warranty does not cover the following damage to the watch:
    • External wear-and-tear from typical use.
    • Moisture and water damage.
    • Damage to the watch case and bezel.
    • Damage to the watch crystal.
    • Damage to the watch crown and stem.
    • Damage to the watch strap, bracelet and bracelet screws.
    • Damage to the strap/bracelet buckle or clasp.
    • Damage due to servicing of the watch by a third party.
    • Damage if the watch is used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s guidelines.

Covid-19 Impact: DHL Express services are experiencing only minor delays. However, international postage is delayed due to limited availability of international flights. If you do not qualify for free freight and need your parcel faster, please choose DHL Express instead of Australia Post in the shipping option on checkout.
